Immigration lawyer Alina Zhang received her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of British Columbia. She graduated from Chongqing University in China with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and was enrolled in law classes at Taiwan's National Chung Cheng University.
Before moving to Toronto, Alina was employed by Access Pro Bono, a legal practice in downtown Vancouver. She started working for an immigration law company as an articling student, representing clients in the Federal Court, the CBSA, and the IRB. Alina is an Ontario Law Society member.
Alina is an expert in corporate immigration and has several years of experience with Canadian immigration law. She has expertise with applications for work permits under the following categories: business visitors, labor market impact assessments, international talent stream, international experience class, and intra-company transferees.
